What We Are
Associates in Employee Assistance is a full service, comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) operating in the Rochester, New York area. We are a clinician run program, where the owner is actually a provider of the services. We pride ourselves on having the most experienced counselors you are likely to find offering Employee Assistance services, as each of our counselors has at least 20 years clinical experience.
All of our services are completely private and confidential. Our comfortable, professional offices are conveniently located around the Rochester, NY region. We also offer the option to meet via telehealth if that works better for your schedule or is your preference. The services we provide are free of charge for employees of the companies that contract with us and their immediate family members.
On our website we offer information for both Employees and Employers. Employees can find out about our services and how to use them. They can also get information about just some of the many types of concerns that we assist people with. Employers can get information about contracting with us, and how to fully utilize all of our services.
