Bonnie Maute', LCSW, CEAP, SAP
Bonnie is a licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Employee Assistance Professional. She also holds a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) certification and has worked in the EAP field for over 14 years. She is President of the Rochester area Employee Assistance Professionals Association. She has taught courses related to substance abuse at the college level, and Bonnie offers dynamic trainings. Bonnie's Masters Degree in Social Work is from Syracuse University.
Stephan P. Michener, LCSW, SAP
Steve has been in the Employee Assistance field for 20 years and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years experience. He holds a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) certificate and is also a trained family and divorce mediator. He also holds a certificate in Critical Stress Debriefing. He was an assistant professor and served as social work department director at Keuka College. Steve holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from Syracuse University.
Bill Dwyer, LMSW
Bill's undergraduate degree is from LeMoyne College and he holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from Syracuse University. For 31 years he was a social worker with the New York State Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities (OMRDD). From 1986 until 2003 he was an Employee Assistance Counselor with New York State and The Health Association EAP of Rochester. Bill specializes in workplace issues, domestic violence, and substance abuse problems.
Emmett Kelliher, MSED, CFP
Emmett has over 35 years experience as a counselor and has worked as a program director for Developmentally Disabled youth and adults. He served as Deputy Director for an agency serving the needs of Learning Disabled adults and oversaw the former Health Association's Work Guide program. He was also a Program Director at a Substance Abuse Treatment facility. Emmett is also a Certified Financial Planner and works with clients dealing with financial problems, drugs and alcohol, marital/relationship concerns, and parent child conflict. He has been an Employee Assistance Counselor since 1988.
Martha (Marty) McConnell, LMSW, CASAC
Marty has worked in the human service field for the past 30 years. She obtained her Master of Social Work degree from Syracuse University. She has worked both inpatient and outpatient addictions treatment, having been a counselor, supervisor, and program director. She has developed mentoring processes and procedures for a Wayne County agency, serving youth and adults. Marty's Employee Assistance experience dates back to the early 1980's when she was a counselor for a Finger Lakes agency providing EAP. In recent years, she has worked as an EAP counselor in the Newark area, providing direct service.

Maxine McDonald, LCSW, CASAC (Not Pictured)
Maxine received her Masters Degree in Social Work from Syracuse University. She has over 20 years clinical experience specializing in the chemical dependency field. She is a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor. Her practice also includes working with couples and individuals with various mental health concerns.
